1. Submit your items
Take a few clear photos of your clothing, shoes, bags, accessories or jewellery and send them through our simple online form. Add a few details about the item and its condition — it only takes a couple of minutes.
2. We review your item
We’ll review the photos and details you send us and let you know if the item is a good fit for Preloved & Saved. If accepted, we’ll prepare the listing and get it ready to sell.
3. We handle enquiries
We deal with buyer questions, offers and messages, so you don’t have to spend your time answering endless enquiries or negotiating prices.
4. Your Item Sells
Once your item sells and payment has been confirmed, we’ll let you know and send you the next steps.
If the item is being posted, you securely package it and send it directly to the buyer using the postage instructions provided.
If collection has been agreed, we’ll provide the information needed to arrange this.
5. You get paid
Once the sale has been successfully completed, we deduct our 30% selling fee and send you your 70% share of the item’s selling price.
Postage paid by the buyer is separate and is not included when calculating your 70% share.
