These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase an item from Preloved and Saved through our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our items

Preloved and Saved sells preloved items. This means many items have been previously owned and may show signs of normal wear.

We aim to describe items honestly and accurately and to show any noticeable flaws or signs of wear in the photographs and description.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen you are using.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order may be cancelled and refunded if, for example, an item has become unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error or we are unable to fulfil the order.

As most of our items are unique, once an item has sold it may not be available again.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price displayed for an item does not include delivery unless specifically stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided when the order is placed.

Items may be dispatched directly by the individual seller on whose behalf Preloved and Saved is selling the item. Preloved and Saved will arrange the appropriate postage service and provide the seller with the relevant postage label or instructions.

We aim to ensure orders are dispatched promptly. Any delivery times provided are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where tracking is available, this may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact Preloved and Saved so that we can investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

5. Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel an online order and return an item are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.

6. Faulty or incorrectly described items

We take reasonable care to describe the condition of preloved items accurately.

If an item is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us.

Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these terms.

7. Items sold on behalf of individual sellers

Some products available through Preloved and Saved are sold on behalf of individual sellers.

Your purchase is made through Preloved and Saved and we will remain your point of contact regarding your order. Please contact us rather than the individual seller if you have a question, problem, return or refund request.

8. Problems with an order

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Preloved and Saved as soon as possible.

Any arrangements between Preloved and Saved and an individual seller, including when or how the seller is paid, do not affect your rights as a buyer.

9. Website information

We try to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, errors may occur in descriptions, prices or availability. Where an obvious error has occurred, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
